Blister 66
Musique [USA] |
Thanks to all that supported Blister66 at the shows. The Staind show was absolutely frikin awesome. There was already about 2,000 people there when Blister66 played and the crowd totally rocked! I could almost go as far as to say that was the best show in all our years of being a band. There are a grip of photo's from that show at: http://www.kbpi.com
We can't thank kbpi enough for all of the publicity!!!!!!
As for White Trash Christmas it was our best one ever with over 800 people in attendance! You all are so f'n awesome we can't tell you enough how much we appreciate the support.
One more big one this Sat the 20th, with Sevendust, Ill Nino, and Blister66 at the Ogden.
Blister66 is a four piece Denver based band formed in the Summer of 1996 by vocalist Chris Dellinger. Since that time the band has become and continues as one of the hottest modern hard rock acts to ever come out of Colorado, repeatedly pulling in as many as 700 plus people to their local headlining shows. Some of the highlights that Blister66 have achieved over the years in Colorado are: Playing with over thirty national acts, including bands such as Mudvayne, Sevendust, Staind, Puddle of Mudd Suicidal Tendencies, Incubus, Coal Chamber, and 311, proving they are more than able to compete on any level. Blister 66 has also participated in several large festival shows such as the Van's Warp tour, and the KTCL Big Adventure. The band is also five time winners of Denver’s Westword Music Awards earning them a spot in the Denver hall of fame with only two other bands from Denver.. On top of all of this Blister66 has toured the Midwest and West coast repeatedly, gaining a very substantial fan base wherever they perform. Their large fan base is proof positive that the band provides a high energy and visually entertaining show that is second to none. In 2001 Blister66 signed their first record deal with a German based company called MTM. With this deal, the band recorded Middle Amerikan Tragedy and made headway in the American industry. Blister66 does have a limited edition release of the 2002 album Middle Amerikan Tragedy available for their fans right now. Currently, Blister66 has plans to release another album of rare songs lost in the mix of the last couple of years in early 2004. The band is also working on a brand new full length album due out by summer 2004. Over the years Blister66 has proven they can roll with just about anything and regardless of what happens they keep pushing for the future. These boys do not ***** around and are ready to take over the world!
