I am a painter born in the city of Córdoba (Argentina) in 1962. I got my degree from the School of Arts at the National University of Córdoba in 1987, but my only true teacher was the painter Marcos Milewski, now living in Madeira (Portugal).
I have worked as a teacher, I have done silkscreen printing and web design, but my true love is painting, especially realism, that is to say, the (more or less) accurate representation of the visible world. This wide term "realism" is usually and wrongly linked to "objective" and "photographic". There is no objectivity in art, and painting and fotography are two different languages. Realism is not what is seems to be.
I have done only an individual exhibition in 1999, in Córdoba and Buenos Aires. Its title was "A look at Borges" because it was a series of portraits of Argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges in his 100th birth anniversary.
